my-worktime is free and without any limitation of use. However, my-worktime is provided as a shareware, because it’s a commercial software with copyrights. In a later stage (date unknown so far), licence fees of 5 € (euros) per user and per month will apply. Users that created their accounts before the licence fees applied will be granted an additional 6 month free period, as of this date .

TERM OF USES

Limited Use Policy

The Software and Documentation are protected by Switzerland copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the Software and Documentation like any other copyrighted material (a book, for example)..

You may not:
- Copy the documentation;
- Copy the software except to make archival or backup copies
- Modify or adapt the software or merge it into another program;
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software (this does not apply to HTML code);
- Place the software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet;
- Sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the software or its documentation.
